Collagraph - Presentation and Reflection

In reflection of my collagraph project, I have really enjoyed the collagraph works on Kozo but had a harder time creating a larger final artwork from the smaller plates. The monotype backgrounds didn’t really work with my collagraph skeleton and didn’t connect in the way I intended. I wished I experimented with 3D form of the skeleton, creating a model that the Kozo could be attached to. Overall, I liked how I could use glue to create my design and learning how to chine-collé my work, these skills would definitely be applied to future projects.
